Associate Consultant
As a keen observer, Shiny is known for her unconventional approach to gather rare insights into patient behavior in different healthcare settings. She has been of immense help as a researcher, analyst and also someone, who could be trusted for effective execution of ideas, be it in the area of marketing or service quality.
Shiny completed her Master’s in Hospital Management from Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI), Hyderabad. Prior to this, she completed her Graduation in Health Information Administration from Manipal College of Allied Health Sciences, Manipal University.
During her internship tenure at Medium, she has worked on projects on service quality and marketing. She has also done market research for a couple of marketing engagements.
Prior to Medium, she has worked on diverse projects at Sai Baba Cancer Hospital, Manipal and Aware Global Hospitals, Hyderabad. As a part of the academic research she undertook a study on lifestyle diseases among employed adults in Udupi district in Karnataka, which was published in International Journal of Food Safety, Nutrition, Public Health and Technology.
