Ritesh Dogra

Ritesh Dogra has been with the firm almost since inception. As a senior member of the team, he has led a number of engagements in diverse areas ranging from market expansion strategy for a high-end diagnostic equipment for a globally renowned Fortune 500 company to the preparation of a detailed blue-print for creation of a network of single-specialty hospitals in North India. He has received numerous accolades from clients for his rare insights and extraordinary commitment.
Earlier Ritesh, a graduate in Nautical Sciences and Marine Engineering, worked with British Petroleum for five years, where he acquired in-depth experience in voyage planning, commercial chartering and various process reengineering initiatives.
He is an MBA from the Indian School of Business, a premier global business school. At ISB, his business plan to provide healthcare services to rural areas through a hub and spoke network of hospitals got ranked among top five plans at the Global Social Venture Competition. In recognition of his leadership and commitment at ISB, he was one of the 12 recipients of the Young Leader Award amongst a batch of 440 students.
Other than being a contributor to different industry magazines, Ritesh is a frequent speaker at industry forums and also at healthcare management institutes. He is one of the members of the evaluation panel for Global Social Venture Competition Asia- Africa, the largest and longest running student-led business plan competition providing mentoring and exposure for social ventures around the world, organized by Haas School of Business at U C Berkeley in cooperation with seven regional partners across the globe.
